Vikings | Adrian Peterson injury update
The Minnesota Vikings wanted RB Adrian Peterson (ankle) to have some additional rest due to his sprained left ankle, which is why he did not practice Friday, Nov. 2. Peterson, who is listed as probable for the team's Week 9 game against the Seattle Seahawks, worked in the pool and received additional treatment from the team's trainers. He has been bothered by his left ankle injury for the past month. Head coach Leslie Frazier said Peterson resting was purely a precautionary move on their part.
