White Sox | John Danks optimistic
Chicago White Sox SP John Danks (shoulder) made 20 throws from 45 feet and 15 tosses from 60 feet Monday, Oct. 29, and he increased his repetitions Wednesday, Oct. 31. He believes he could be ready when pitchers and catchers report to spring training in February. "We did it so my schedule is lined up to throw off a mound after Jan. 1. So far, so good. It feels like I haven't thrown in a while, but it's a positive step," Danks said.
