Orioles | Mark Reynolds' option declined

The Baltimore Orioles declined 3B Mark Reynolds' $11 million option for the 2013 season Wednesday, Oct. 31, making him a free agent. Reynolds could be retained if the team offers him arbitration or the two sides work out a new deal. Reynolds will receive a $500,000 buyout if the team chooses not to tender him a contract.
