49ers | Alex Smith ridiculously accurate

San Francisco 49ers QB Alex Smith completed all but one of his 19 pass attempts in Week 8 against the Arizona Cardinals Monday, Oct. 29. He finished with 232 yards and three touchdowns. However, he fell short of the single-game NFL accuracy record because he was one attempt short of qualification.
