Updating a previous report, Arizona Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald (head, eye) posted five catches for 52 yards in Week 8 against the San Francisco 49ers. He left the game on two occasions, once due to a head injury and league-mandated concussion testing, and another time after getting something in his eye.
