Dodgers | Decline options on three

The Los Angeles Dodgers declined their 2013 options on OF Juan Rivera ($4 million), RP Todd Coffey ($2.5 million) and C Matt Treanor ($950,000) Monday, Oct. 29, making them all free agents. The three buyouts will cost the team a total of $950,000.
