Steelers | Jonathan Dwyer likely to start

Pittsburgh Steelers RB Jonathan Dwyer is likely to start against the Washington Redskins in Week 8 with RBs Rashard Mendenhall (Achilles') and Isaac Redman (ankle) banged up. Dwyer rushed for 122 yards against the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 7. "He's a big back who is pretty nifty with his feet. He's shown that all through the preseason (until now)," offensive coordinator Todd Haley said. "We got down a little bit on him for the fumble (in Oakland on Sept. 23). "But when we knew he was going to play last week, that was kind of mine and Coach (Mike) Tomlin's conversation: 'Let's not forget we were pretty excited about this guy.'"
