New England Patriots S Steve Gregory (hip) does not know if he will travel to England to take on the St. Louis Rams, but he is feeling better. "I'm getting better (and) just working hard at trying to get healthy so I can get back out there on the field," said Gregory, who didn't participate in practice Tuesday, Oct. 12.
