Vikings | Adrian Peterson turns a corner
Minnesota Vikings head coach Leslie Frazier realized RB Adrian Peterson (ankle) was physically ready for an increased workload heading into Week 7 against the Arizona Cardinals, and Peterson responded with 153 yards on 23 carries. "He asked and I was like, 'Yeah, I'll be ready to roll,' " Peterson said. "I thought I had more carries than 23. It kind of felt like it. It was good we were able to come out there and do that, and execute." Peterson continues to nurse a sore ankle, but he was feeling better Monday, Oct. 22. However, Frazier doesn't think the team will need to be cautious with Peterson's workload moving forward.
