Raiders | Playing well in no-huddle offense
The Oakland Raiders played well in their comeback win over the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 7 when using the no-huddle offense, and both of QB Carson Palmer's fourth-quarter comebacks this year came while going with the no-huddle offense. However, head coach Dennis Allen doesn't want to use the no-huddle full time. "It's something that, on a week-to-week basis, we try to determine how much we'll use it," Allen said. "Obviously, we were not executing in the first half on offense. It was the worst half of football we've played offensively. But we knew we needed to do something to try to change some things up and the no-huddle worked good for us." Palmer was 9-for-13 with 118 yards in the no-huddle in Week 7.
