Giants | Brian Wilson plays catch Friday

San Francisco Giants RP Brian Wilson (elbow) played catch for 10 minutes Friday, Oct. 19, and said he felt "great." It was his first time playing catch since undergoing reconstructive elbow surgery. Manager Bruce Bochy said he expects Wilson to be ready by the end of spring training.
