Raiders | Carson Palmer improving outside the numbers

Oakland Raiders QB Carson Palmer completed 78.6 percent of his passes outside the numbers in Week 6 after completing just 55.7 percent in the first four games. Palmer completed 10 of his first 11 passes outside the numbers last week; however, his 12th such pass was underthrown and returned for a touchdown.
