Titans | Jake Locker could play

Tennessee Titans QB Jake Locker (shoulder) has been healing properly and could start throwing later this week, meaning he's not ruled out against the Buffalo Bills in Week 7. Head coach Mike Munchak said there is no quarterback controversy, and that Locker will start over QB Matt Hasselbeck when he's healthy enough.
