Cardinals | Surgery recommended for Jaime Garcia

Three orthopedic surgeons have independently offered a unanimous recommendation that SP Jaime Garcia (shoulder) undergo a debridement of his problematic left shoulder. The procedure is expected to sideline him for at least an early portion of the 2013 season.
