Texans | Owen Daniels on a mission

Houston Texans TE Owen Daniels is motivated to prove his detractors wrong after many called him an average tight end after his numbers dropped last season. "I heard my best days were behind me, that my stats had fallen and that I was just average," Daniels said. "That kind of talk kind of motivated me." He currently has 23 catches for 311 yards and three touchdowns and is on pace to set career highs across the board. Daniels appears quicker off the line of scrimmage and also in and out of his cuts, and it's the best he's looked since the 2009 season.
