Cardinals | Jaime Garcia removed from NLDS roster

St. Louis Cardinals SP Jaime Garcia (shoulder) has been removed from the team's roster for the National League Division Series, and he is being replaced by SP Shelby Miller. Garcia is dealing with a rotator cuff strain and inflammation. Miller becomes the third rookie in the bullpen.
