Arizona Cardinals RB Ryan Williams (shoulder) will miss the rest of the year with a shoulder issue that will require surgery.

Fantasy Tip: Look for LaRod Stephens-Howling to step in with an increased role, and for William Powell and Alfonso Smith to be options as well for the Cardinals. Stephens-Howling should be your first target if you were a Williams owner and need a RB.
