Chiefs | Ropati Pitoitua to start in Week 5

Kansas City Chiefs DE Ropati Pitoitua (elbow) is expected to make his second straight start at right defensive end in Week 5 in place of DE Glenn Dorsey (calf). Although he missed two days of practice this week because of a hyperextended elbow, Pitoitua has been outfitted with a protective brace.
