Eagles | Demetress Bell expected to start

Philadelphia Eagles OT Demetress Bell is expected to start at left tackle in Week 5 with OT King Dunlap (hamstring) limited this week in practice. LB Jamar Chaney will start in place of LB Akeem Jordan (hamstring) also.
