Mariners | Losing big wig in scouting department

Seattle Mariners head of international scouting Bob Engle told the Mariners he will not return in 2013. He will take the month of October to decide whether to sign elsewhere or retire. Engle signed or drafted four Cy Young Award winners with the Mariners and Toronto Blue Jays: SP Felix Hernandez, SP Roy Halladay, SP Chris Carpenter and SP Pat Hentgen.
