Seattle Seahawks RB Marshawn Lynch (back) was listed as a limited participant in practice Wednesday, Oct. 3. He is expected to play in the Week 5 game against the Carolina Panthers.
Fantasy Tip: Lynch has been listed with this back issue since the first week of the season, and he has not missed any game action. This was presumably a rest day for Lynch, keeping him fresh for Sunday. Lynch faces a great fantasy matchup, as the Panthers rank 26th in the NFL against the run (134.8 yards per game).
