New York Yankees RP Rafael Soriano may not be available to pitch in the regular season finale against the Boston Red Sox Wednesday, Oct. 3, after throwing a season-high 43 pitches in an extra-innings victory Tuesday, Oct. 2. He's blown a save and given up three runs in 4 1/3 innings (6.23 ERA) since throwing 32 pitches in a doubleheader Sept. 19.
