Oakland Raiders WR Darrius Heyward-Bey (concussion, neck) said he will be the same player despite taking a vicious hit in the team's Week 3 game that left him with a neck injury and concussion. "I am not going to miss a beat when I get back. I am just going to be the same guy, working hard and trying to make plays," Heyward-Bey said. The receiver should return following the team's bye week.
