Blue Jays | Carlos Villanueva finished for 2012

Toronto Blue Jays SP Carlos Villanueva was scratched from his start Tuesday, Oct. 2, against the Minnesota Twins, with SP Chad Jenkins taking his place instead. The reasons behind the move were partially because of Villanueva's high volume of innings thrown this season, plus the club's desire to get another look at Jenkins.
