Joe Gibbs Racing | Plan to extend Kyle Busch

Joe Gibbs Racing owner Joe Gibbs said the team plans to reach an extension with driver Kyle Busch well before his contract expires after next season. "It's always neat to have it done sooner than later," Gibbs said. "All of our drivers, different times, when it works, what fits? We're in that process now." However, the team is in no rush to get a deal done before the end of this season. The team could also recruit drivers Elliott Sadler and Brian Vickers to drive full time in the Nationwide Series next year.
