Chargers | Jared Gaither says he is ready

San Diego Chargers OT Jared Gaither (back) said he is ready to play in the team's Week 4 game. "Why wouldn't I?" said Gaither, who suffered a back injury early in training camp. "Of course I'm ready, of course I'm ready – it's been a long time. That's why I'm ready." Head coach Norv Turner said a decision hasn't been made on Gaither and that the tricky part will be projecting how many snaps he could play.
