Giants | Melky Cabrera won't play in postseason

Updating previous reports, the San Francisco Giants have informed OF Melky Cabrera's agent that they will not bring Cabrera back for any point during the playoffs. Cabrera would have been eligible to play in the National League Championship Series had the team advanced that far.
