Los Angeles Dodgers SP Chad Billingsley (elbow) is making progress from a partially torn ulnar collateral ligament in his right elbow, and he has been throwing on flat ground on consecutive days with a day of rest following. Billingsley is making roughly 35 throws from 60 feet and is on track to return to a mound in "a couple weeks."
