Phillies | No discussion of Roy Halladay shutdown

The Philadelphia Phillies have not discussed the possibility of shutting down SP Roy Halladay (shoulder). The team is saying he is "in position" to make his next start after examinations of his shoulder and back have "seemed OK." Halladay is expected to start against the Washington Nationals Thursday, Sept. 27. He said he suffered from "spasms" behind his shoulder in his last outing.
