Pittsburgh Steelers SS Troy Polamalu (calf) and LB James Harrison (knee) have been ruled out for Week 3 after they both missed practice Friday, Sept. 21. S Ryan Mundy will start in place of Polamalu and LB Chris Carter will take Harrison's place.
