Kansas City Chiefs RB Jamaal Charles (knee) practiced in full Thursday, Sept. 20.

Fantasy Tip: Charles has been practicing, but it appears he's still not 100 percent recovered from offseason knee reconstruction. How long it will take before he's up to full speed is anyone's guess. He's more of an RB2, especially with Peyton Hillis and Shaun Draughn taking snaps away.
