Chargers | Johnnie Troutman recovering from scope

San Diego Chargers OG Johnnie Troutman (knee, pectoral) underwent arthroscopic knee surgery to address a bothersome knee that bothered him at Penn State, and during the pre-draft process. Troutman is already on the Physically-Unable-to-Perform (PUP) list, as he recovers from offseason pectoral surgery.
