Indians | Travis Hafner activated

The Cleveland Indians activated DH Travis Hafner (back) from the 15-day disabled list Wednesday, Sept. 19, and he is batting sixth in the order against the Minnesota Twins. INF Russ Canzler will receive his at-bats while playing first base, which would leave 1B Casey Kotchman as the odd-man out. The Indians are expected to buy out Hafner's 2013 option for $2.75 million this offseason, making him a free agent.
