New York Giants WR Rueben Randle could be used as the No. 3 wide receiver Week 3 since WR Domenik Hixon (concussion) has been ruled out for the game. WR Ramses Barden replaced Hixon after Hixon got hurt Week 2 but only caught one pass for 24 yards.
