Cleveland Browns RB Montario Hardesty was active in Week 2 against the Cincinnati Bengals, but for the second consecutive game he did not get an offensive snap. "Montario was there if (RB Trent Richardson) needed a break. Trent doesn't ever need a break now, it doesn't look like," head coach Pat Shurmur said.
