The New England Patriots used two or might tight ends on just 20 of 77 offensive plays in Week 2 against the Arizona Cardinals after using two or more tight ends on all 67 offensive plays in Week 1 against the Tennessee Titans. However, TE Aaron Hernandez (ankle) left the game with an injury in the first quarter in Week 2. The Pats relied on more three-receiver packages with Hernandez out.
