49ers | Alex Smith injures nose

San Francisco 49ers QB Alex Smith (nose) suffered a laceration on the bridge of his nose in the fourth quarter of the Week 2 game against the Detroit Lions. To make matters worse, his long first down run was called back due to holding on TE Delanie Walker. Smith was able to remain in the game.
