Pirates | James McDonald removed from starting rotation

Updating previous reports, Pittsburgh Pirates P James McDonald has been removed from the starting rotation. Manager Clint Hurdle said he would be available out of the bullpen as soon as Tuesday, Sept. 18. SP Kyle McPherson will start in McDonald's place Wednesday, Sept. 19, against the Milwaukee Brewers.
