Packers | Bigger workload ahead for Cedric Benson?

Green Bay Packers RB Cedric Benson had 24 touches in the team's Week 2 game and he could continue to see a heavier workload if opposing defenses are content sitting back with two deep safeties. Head coach Mike McCarthy has also said the offense needs some semblance of a balanced attack. Benson is also a volume back; he gets better with increasing carries.
