Reds | Bronson Arroyo changed routing
Cincinnati Reds SP Bronson Arroyo changed his routine last offseason, adding more stretching in order to loosen up his hips and help with his back. He also prepared his own food, which helped him report to spring training in better shape. Arroyo has been touching 91 mph with his fastball this year after he was topping out at times last year at 87 mph. "All in all, I feel good, especially down the stretch. I've felt great the last two or three months. I really – especially with the year I had the year before – I can't complain about what's going on so far. I've run as many quality starts as I have any time in my career." He's 9-2 with a 3.16 ERA in his last 14 starts and has held opponents to a .236 average.
