Patriots | More On Weis

Nick Cafardo of the Boston Globe reports New England Patriots offensive coordinator Charlie Weis (gastric bypass) will not be ready to go for the start of training camp on July 26. Weis will rejoin the team sometime during camp. Offensive line coach Dante Scarnecchia, running backs coach Ivan Fears, wide receivers coach Brian Daboll, and tight ends coach Jeff Davidson will run the offense in the meantime.
