Richard Childress Racing | Penalties upheld on Paul Menard

The suspensions issued to Richard Childress Racing crew members for driver Paul Menard were upheld by a three-member NASCAR panel Tuesday, Sept. 11. Menard's crew used an illegal frame last month at the Sprint Cup race at Michigan International Speedway.
