Mariners | Still high on Justin Smoak for 2013

The Seattle Mariners are still high on 1B Justin Smoak and plan to give him another chance, but manager Eric Wedge said Smoak has to work on some things. "This offseason, we want him to get stronger, we want him to work on his swing," Wedge said. "That means we have to make sure he understands why he's struggled this season. He's got to form better habits, mechanically. His lower half and upper half aren't working together, and that's the problem."
