Bills | Fred Jackson to undergo MRI
Updating previous reports, Buffalo Bills RB Fred Jackson (knee) is scheduled to undergo an MRI on his knee injury Monday, Sept. 10. The initial diagnosis is a sprained left lateral collateral ligament.
Fantasy Tip: Check back for the results of Jackson's MRI results and how long he'll be out. C.J. Spiller, who should be owned in all leagues, will take over as the lead back in Buffalo for however long Jackson is out.
Spiller had 169 yards on the ground and a TD on 14 totes, and he also added two catches for 25 yards against the New York Jets in a blowout loss. He'll be a decent RB2 in Jackson's absence and has deserved more work even when Jackson is on the field.
