Vikings | Adrian Peterson to see 10-15 carries in Week 1
Updating a previous report, if Minnesota Vikings RB Adrian Peterson (knee) is active in Week 1 against the Jacksonville Jaguars, he is expected to see 10-15 carries, according to a team source. An official determination on Peterson's status is not expected to come until after pre-game warmups.
Fantasy Tip: All indications are that Peterson will play, but it appears that he'll be splitting the totes with RB Toby Gerhart. Normally Peterson is a top-tier fantasy back, but in this one he should be used more as an RB2 or 'flex' play until he gets back to carrying the mail 100 percent.
