Dodgers | Chad Billingsley may need Tommy John surgery

Los Angeles Dodgers SP Chad Billingsley (elbow) has a partially torn ulnar collateral ligament in his right elbow and will wait two or three more weeks to see if the ligament heals. He'll begin throwing at that point, and if he's successfully able to throw, he won't need Tommy John surgery.
