Reds | Brandon Phillips back to leadoff

Cincinnati Reds 2B Brandon Phillips is back in the leadoff spot Wednesday, Sept. 5, with the return of 1B Joey Votto (knee). "It's really no big deal," manager Dusty Baker said. "They talk about our MVPs. It could be (Jay) Bruce. It could be (Aroldis) Chapman. You talk about (Todd) Frazier. But Brandon's one of the unsung MVPs. He's the only guy I have here who can hit all over the lineup and perform well. There aren't many guys around who can do that."
