Browns | GM says Pat Shurmur made call on QBs

Cleveland Browns general manager Tom Heckert said head coach Pat Shurmur made the decision to release QB Seneca Wallace and keep QBs Colt McCoy and Thaddeus Lewis. Heckert said the team is set at quarterback and have no plans to trade McCoy at this time.
