Steelers | David DeCastro could benefit from new IR rule

Pittsburgh Steelers OG David DeCastro (knee) could be a beneficiary of the new Injured Reserve rule that states teams can activate a player from IR during the season. The team was considering keeping DeCastro on the active roster even though he will not be able to play the first few months of the season.
