Roush Fenway Racing driver Carl Edwards denied rumors that he is a candidate to join Penske Championship Racing and the No. 22 Sprint Cup car next season. "I guess there's a lot of talk about me driving the 22 car next year," Edwards said. "I just want everybody that's on the call, the media, to know that's impossible." Joe Gibbs Racing driver Joey Logano and PCR Sam Hornish Jr. are both candidates for the No. 22 car next year.
